Pen Cro Machinery is a UK based company which is specialised in manufacturing and supplying paper making and pulper cleaning machinery along with paper and tissue converting equipment. For Pulper Cleaning Systems, we offer our Trommel Reject Sorter, Trashex (Contaminex) Pulper Dirt Trap and Compactors.

For paper converting, we offer a wide range of roll widths, i.e. 1400mm, 1650mm, 1900mm and 2800mm wide Sheeters.

We are also introducing our first synchro sheeter with a working width of 1900mm wide, and our speedwell slitter-rewinder with a working widths of 2m, 2.4m, 2.8m and 3.2m.   Our winder will come with shaftless unwind stands or stands for paper machine spools.   The carrier drums are driven by two independent motors and the rewind is also shaftless. New and used tissue making and converting equipment such as toilet and kitchen roll equipment are available. Our manufacturing programme for paper mill and converter/salvage winders comes in these widths – from 1600mm to 3000mm wide and operating speed of up to 1500MPM. Small or narrow width winders are available for check out/counter or ATM rolls. In addition, we supply new Automatic Exercise Book Making Machines, Flexo Ruling Machines, Tinting Machine to produce a variety of colours using white papers as base materials.

A newly designed A4 sheeter and ream wrapping machine to produce A4 copy is on offer this year. Full line Corrugators making, single, double and triple wall boards are available with Printer Slotter and Folder Gluers to individual requirements.

We are now the sole agent, worldwide for a new recycle product – Plastic to Oil Processing Plant – re-engineering recycled plastics to useable oils.
